Jinghe City is a newly developed city planned on the northern part of Xi’an as a part of western development in China. This project is a master plan for its central business district. The core concept is not to intersect people and vehicles, and to return the nature back to people. Since a city is environment for the people, not for buildings or vehicles. This effort to return the city environment back to the origin has achieved recognition that it has awarded 1st prize of the International Design Competition. Its infrastructure construction is currently on progress.
